Proloca is a personal trading journal app that allows you to log trades, track profit and loss, and view performance statistics. The app is a record-keeping tool only.

Proloca does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The statistics and information displayed in the app are based solely on data you enter.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance shown in the app does not guarantee future results.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the app
• Maintaining backups of your data through the export feature
• Keeping your device secure
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws

Subscriptions

Proloca offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features such as detailed statistics and filters.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

Intellectual Property

Proloca and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proloca and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proloca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or trading losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
